The key thing to know
Payments become non-refundable once #iDoit4mycity accepts your campaign and reserves placement or production capacity, or begins campaign work. Before that point — if we decline your campaign or cannot offer an eligible placement — you are refunded.
Who you are buying from
Sponsorship is sold by Go Legit Entertainment LLC d/b/a #iDoit4mycity Media. Where a legal entity name is required, that is the contracting seller.
Order acceptance
Every purchase request is subject to #iDoit4mycity review for sponsor and category fit, rights, platform policy, inventory, conflicts, and availability. Submitting a request — and paying — does not by itself create an accepted campaign, and does not guarantee a specific placement or date until campaign availability and fit are confirmed with you.
Categories that require review before payment
Some categories are not available for self-serve purchase and must be reviewed manually first: Political / candidate / public affairs; Alcohol, tobacco, or nicotine; Cannabis or CBD; Gambling or gaming wagers; Firearms or weapons; Adult or sexual content; Medical or health claims; Financial, credit, crypto, or investment claims; and any category flagged by platform policy or legal review. This is not a permanent ban — it means we review before taking payment.
Standard package pricing and payment
Bronze is $500, Silver is $1,000, and Gold is $2,000. Standard packages are paid in full at checkout. There are no automatic percentage discounts.
Campaign duration
Bronze runs a 30-day campaign period. Silver and Gold run a 60-day campaign period. Premier Partner is a fixed 3-month service term under its own installment schedule. Campaign duration is set by #iDoit4mycity at purchase and starts when the campaign is confirmed and launched.
Refunds before acceptance
If #iDoit4mycity declines a campaign before accepting it or reserving capacity, or cannot offer an eligible placement, your payment is refunded.
Refunds after acceptance
Once #iDoit4mycity accepts your campaign and reserves placement or production capacity, or begins campaign work, payments are non-refundable — except for a duplicate or erroneous charge, a material paid deliverable we ultimately cannot deliver after a reasonable opportunity to cure, reschedule, or replace it, or where a refund is required by applicable law.
Client cancellation
Cancelling after acceptance or reservation does not create a refund. We may offer a reschedule, a replacement placement, or account credit at our discretion when it is operationally reasonable, but that is not guaranteed.
Client materials and deadlines
If approved logos, links, talking points, creative, releases, permissions, or other required materials are not supplied by the communicated deadline, the campaign may be delayed or moved. That by itself does not create a refund.
Creative standards
We may reject or require changes to creative or claims that are unlawful, misleading, rights-infringing, inconsistent with platform policy, unsafe, reputationally inappropriate, or outside approved sponsor fit. If compliant replacement materials cannot be supplied, the accepted-campaign refund rules above apply.
No guaranteed results
Sponsorship does not guarantee views, impressions, streams, followers, sales, leads, conversions, virality, search ranking, or any other performance result.
Inventory, formats, and substitutions
Sponsorship inventory is subject to platform availability and format rules. We may make equivalent formatting or placement adjustments to preserve campaign intent. Material substitutions will be communicated to you.
Scope of sponsor inclusion
Sponsorship applies to the agreed campaign and our owned-channel versions. Sponsor inclusion is not guaranteed in future third-party licensed, syndicated, broadcast, FAST/AVOD/SVOD/OTT, archival, recut, rebranded, translated, or dubbed versions unless separately agreed in writing. Clean masters may omit sponsor elements.
Your rights in supplied materials
You represent that you have the rights and permission to supply and authorize our use of your logos, trademarks, video, audio, music, photos, copy, claims, and other materials for the approved campaign.
Reposting rights
Any limited reposting rights are only those expressly included in your purchased package or campaign confirmation. No ownership, copyright, raw footage, or general license transfers to the advertiser.
Sponsored Feature / Story availability
The Sponsored Feature/Story product is not operational today. Where a package lists it, it is included when that product is operational and eligible during your campaign. If it is not operational, it is not guaranteed as a current deliverable and does not by itself create a refund.
Premier Partner terms
Premier Partner is positioned at $1,500/month with a 3-month minimum and a total contract commitment of $4,500, paid $2,250 at signing, then $750 on Day 30, Day 60, and Day 90. It is a fixed 3-month commitment — not month-to-month, and it does not automatically renew. Client cancellation after commencement does not cancel the remaining committed balance; the remaining scheduled installments remain due, subject to applicable law and the final written agreement. If #iDoit4mycity terminates Premier without client breach and cannot continue materially contracted services, future unearned installments stop and any unearned prepaid portion is refunded or credited as legally and contractually required. If an installment is overdue, there is a 5-calendar-day cure period, after which sponsor placements and priority benefits may be paused until cured; a pause caused by nonpayment does not automatically extend the 3-month term unless #iDoit4mycity agrees. Campaign analytics and reporting are exclusive to Premier. There is no automatic category exclusivity and no automatic #iDoit4mycity Weekend presenting rights.
Refund method
Refunds, when approved or required, are returned through the original payment method where technically possible.
